As a benefit eligible colleague, you are eligible for CHE Plus Benefits a benefits package designed exclusively for colleagues of CHE. During your two-week enrollment period, you may select the plans included in this website to complement and supplement the core benefits package you receive as a colleague of CHE.
The information in this website and our Benefit Counselors will show you how CHE Plus Benefits work with your core benefits to offer convenient after-tax payroll deductions and portability, meaning benefits go with you if you change jobs or retire.

All eligible colleagues will receive an enrollment guide (pictured to the left) at their home address. This enrollment guide will have important information on the benefits available, how our Benefit Counselors can help you through the enrollment process, and the dates that your enrollment will begin and end.
You may enroll in SmartSavings Discount Marketplace, Long Term Care, Home & Auto, Pet Insurance and Employee Financial Solutions at any time during the year. For more information click Additional Benefits in the menu on the left side of this page.
*Individual Short-Term Disability Insurance coverage not available to colleagues of St. Francis Medical Center (NJ),St. Mary Medical Center (PA), St. Francis Hospital (DE), and certain colleagues of Holy Cross Health Ministries and St. Agnes Continuing Care Center who are covered under another plan.
